• meja po podatkih zemljiškega katastra,
• strinjanje/nestrinjanje s predlagano mejo,
• ob soglasju vseh lastnikov parcel v postopku izmera predlagane meje in njena označitev v naravi,
• ….

Meja parcele se dokončno uredi v upravnem ali sodnem postopku z upravno ali sodno odločbo o evidentiranju urejene meje, ki jo izda geodetska uprava ali pristojno sodišče in vpiše mejo v zemljiški kataster kot urejeno mejo.
